Great location short walk to the mountains, and other areas in a good area. A wide array of food options just a short walk away from the venue. Perfect and brand-new units with mini-fridge, TV, for instance...

the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, assisting with all our needs and questions. the guesthouse is perfectly located just outside the old town, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the busyness but still within close proximity. the free coffee at breakfast, provided by a local business in northern Thailand, was a cool touch. The small balcony offered a nice view of the garden. Cons: None.

The room was spacious with a great location in the city. the free coffee and snacks were a nice touch. the view from the balcony was lovely, which added to the experience.
Although the room had potential, it was not maintained well. the bathroom was dirty, and the bed had ants crawling around.
